Day 4

Dinner last night:
  • 1 ckn breast with cheese
  • 1 large salad
Breakfast fail:
  • Jell-o
Lunch:
  • 1 can of tuna prepared with 1 cup of tomato onion mix, 1 tbsp dill relish, 2 tbsp light miracle whip
  • 1 large salad
Today, I forgot to eat breakfast. I kept meaning to then something would come up. By the time I was ready to cook it was almost 11 and I just went straight to lunch. By the time I was done making everyone's lunch and ready to sit down it was 1130ish.
I've had the uneasy feel in my stomach again today. From what I've read becoming sick from Phase 1 isn't uncommon. It's been bearable, but unpleasant. I am pretty sure I'm going to stay on phase 1 for 4 weeks which will take me directly to Abigail's birthday. So far I'm down 4 lbs. Yay :) If only I hadn't gained those extra 20 in the last few months :(
