Dinner last night:
- Chicken breast with cheese
- Salad
- Bell pepper sliced topped with 2 tbsp tomato sauce and cheese
Breakfast:
- 2 eggs scrambled with cheese
- .5 cup broccoli
Lunch:
- Bell pepper sliced topped with 2 tbsp tomato sauce and cheese
- Sugar free Popsicle
I'm starting to get used to the eating habits. The only rough part is that the day I started I precooked 12 chicken breasts and cut a bunch of veggies. I'm pretty much out of prepared food so I'm going to have to mass produce more. I have found that having the meals easy to prepare made a huge difference. Also, adding tomatoes to my diet has made it easier this time.
