Breakfast:
3/4 cup chopped broccoli with cheese and 3 eggs
Lunch:
1 chicken breast diced, with 1 cup mixed with tomatoes and onions. 1tbsp miracle whip 1 tbsp dill relish.
1 cup of peppers
1 serving Jell-O
Snack:
Sugar-free popsicle
