Last night I went to a birthday party for my uncle. For dinner I ended up having some celery, cucumbers, green peppers and some red peppers. I ended up cheating, but just a little. I had two hershey kisses and about a dime size piece of a chocolate chip cookie. With all the treats that were there, I'm pretty happy with myself. We have another party today, so we'll see how that goes.
On another :) note, I am officially down into the next "10's" for my weight. The best part is I'm down 9 lbs over all in 6 days! :) Hopefully by next week I'll be back at my low for the year. My long term goal is to be a size 8 by next July. We'll see how that goes. Right now I'm teetering between a 16 and an 18.
Dinner last night:
- Cucumbers, celery, green & red peppers totaling > 2 cups
I only had 6 glasses of water for the day, but I did have a glass of lemonade. I'm going to pay more attention to that today.
Breakfast this am:
- 2 eggs scrambled with cheese
- .5 cup broccoli
