5k on June 13

Without Eric on the diet with me, I've completely given up. Cooking two separate meals took it's toll on me pretty quickly. I did learn a lot about the types of foods to choose and have managed to maintain the weight I was at.

I took a one week trial at a local gym and after several days of going every day Friday I decided to join. Yesterday, I didn't make it. Weekends they close at 7 and I lost track of time, but I did go today. I decided to go when committing to run a 5k in June.

Last week I began the couch to 5k training program. Today I completed 3 miles in 43.8 minutes. I figure I'm at about a 45 minute 5k. I really didn't feel like I pushed myself hard at all and have really enjoyed week one of the program. Tuesday I start week 2 :)
