7 lbs!?!
Today I got on the scale for the first time since last Saturday. To my surprise I lost somewhere around seven pounds. I'm within pounds of where I was when I got pregnant with Hannah. I'm so excited. I have eaten ok, but cheated pretty badly a couple times. I also took two days off the gym. I expected maybe a 2-4 pound weight loss, but 7-8 w00t! If I knew exercise would have made such a huge difference I would have started a long time ago. I've also lost two inches on my hips and three on my waist since 1/31. I'm starting to feel really positive about all of this :D
