So this week I weighed in a little more than a pound over where I did last week. This was a bit of a bummer for a few reasons. I just started running again and was hoping that would help speed things up. Also, I've been wicked sick all week and barely ate anything on Tuesday and Wednesday. While I haven't been wonderful on the days I haven't been sick, I have kept my carbs lower than my normal amounts and limited them to whole grains.
All in all I am really disappointed. My legs were burning really badly on Tuesday after I was running, so for now I'm going to chalk the difference up to gaining muscle. I just started taking measurements and hope that next week I'll find those to be more to my liking. For now, it's chugging along and reevaluating where I went wrong. :-/
