This morning I realized I *really* don't like eggs. For many years I wouldn't eat them, but since hs I have been known to cook and eat them on occasion. This morning, like so many others I've been procrastinating about cooking breakfast. I have no desire to eat it. Upon some reflecting I've realized, it's not that I don't want to eat, it's not that I don't want the veggies, the truth is I don't want the eggs. I'm going to google some recipes and see what I can come up with. Hopefully I can limit my eggs to every other day at best.
This week my goal is to get on a schedule and get back in the habit of going to the gym daily. I'll see how that goes. I'm thinking, for now, that nap time is my best bet, but we'll see.
