Day 11

Lunch yesterday:
  • chicken salad
Dinner Yesterday:
  • Chicken breast
  • pepper with cheese and tomato sauce
Snacks Yesterday:
  • Dove Sugar-free chocolate
  • Jell-O
Breakfast:
  • Pepper strips
Lunch:
  • Pepper with cheese and tomato
Snacks:
  • Dannon Light & Fit diabetic friendly yogurt
  • Jell-o
  • Dove chocolate
This afternoon I decided to opt out of the chicken. I wasn't really feeling it. Since lunch I've been feeling the craving to snack almost non-stop. I finally had a yogurt and am feeling much better now.

I have also decided to *try* not to be a perfectionist about following the diet. If I cheat a little bit here or there it's ok. That doesn't mean I can go have a bowl of ice cream, but if I have a tiny bit of "not allowed foods" here or there I'm not going to get points deducted. I'm an all or nothing kid of person and I'm hoping by giving myself permission it will ease some of the pressure. :)
