I have also decided to *try* not to be a perfectionist about following the diet. If I cheat a little bit here or there it's ok. That doesn't mean I can go have a bowl of ice cream, but if I have a tiny bit of "not allowed foods" here or there I'm not going to get points deducted. I'm an all or nothing kid of person and I'm hoping by giving myself permission it will ease some of the pressure. :)
