Going well.

I've been amazed at how easy this diet has been to stick to. We're closing in on a week and I still haven't had any real frustrations. There haven't really been any strong cravings. I've also realized a couple things.

If I think about x food I "crave" it. The thing is if I just put the craving out of my head it goes away. I also learned there are three reasons why I eat. I eat because I'm bored, am bonding with someone or because I simply enjoy the taste of that specific food. I almost never eat because I'm hungry.

I am really struggling with the scale. Everyday I seem to cave and step on it. I've never been one who was good at waiting. :-/ Maybe the first time it goes back up that will change. For now I'm down eight pounds already! w00t :)
