Off the Wagon

Shortly after my last post I went to go running with my running buddy one evening. We watched some girl get chased by a deer. The girl was hauling butt (She finished the almost 3 mile path in well under 10 minutes!) Needless to say that was the last time I went running.

Since then I've gained back all the weight I lost. Not cool! I am just starting to get it back off. I've been looking for my DDR so I can do cardio, but I can't find it anywhere. I just joined this site so we'll see how that goes. I've lost a little more than a pound in the two days since I've joined so hopefully I'll be able to keep it up.

I started a food journal and it amazed me how many calories things have. I tried to have a "healthy" lunch and ended up with 510 calories, 46 carbs, 37 fat and 26 protein. I only had a pepper with sauce and cheese. Not cool... very not cool. So far today I am at 1055 calories, 119 carbs, 54 fat and 34 protein. Eek... well I'm off to have a yummy (barf) protein shake.
