Just started up 5k training again. I have a long way to go.
Tonight:
Jogged/walked 2 miles
Longest time jogging w/o walking .5 mile
Mile: 13:14
Goals:
jog complete 5k
Total time <35 minutes :)
Also calories were about 200 over for the day.... still really struggling with that. I've decided to take the "Kat" approach and just watch calories for now.
