So far today has been rough. My stomach has felt queasy all morning. I'm not sure if it's my body adjusting, or if I'm sick. Around ten this morning I felt so hungry. I decided to have a snack and had some cheese. It didn't even take the edge off it, but after lunch I felt better for a little bit.
Food so far today:
Breakfast:
3 eggs scrambled with .75 cup peppers and .25 cup onions
Snack:
2 pieces of cheese
Lunch:
Tuna with 1 tbsp miracle whip, 1 tbsp dill relish, 1 cup diced tomatoes and onions.
1 cup of pepper strips
Snack:
Pepper strips and cheese
