Still going well

Yesterday I actually came pretty close to drinking 8 glasses of water. It is something I never do, so I am pretty proud of myself. Drinking 8 glasses a day is my goal for the week. :)

I don't think I necessarily ate that poorly, aside from over indulging. I have found that I just need to be more aware of the quantities of extra things like toppings and condiments. For example, two pieces of cheese on my eggs may taste better, but one piece is still tasty too and I don't consume 100 extra calories. Or when I have dressing on my salad, two tablespoons works almost as well as four and there's less waste too :)
