One Week!

I have to say I'm really proud of myself. I survived one week with no cheating. I've lost 10lbs and have a lot more energy. I am getting a little sick of Broccoli omelets and chicken on salads, but I just keep reminding myself how short this phase is. I can't wait until phase 2. I think it will be really great to know that every week something new is added to the diet. I miss carrots and fruits a lot. I also REALLY miss pizza. I think my first reintroduction is going to be wheat flour so I can make a whole wheat pizza. Mmmmmmm. :-)

I've decided when I get down to my first "magic number" that I will come off phase 1. I originally was going to stay on a month. I am thinking it's going to be closer to three weeks. I also decided to make it better I'm going to weigh myself weekly. I know the diet's working. I think while daily weigh ins were helpful to get me through the first week, it soon could begin to hinder my efforts. I can see it soon becoming, well I'm doing well so if I cheat this once it won't hurt.
